What does the Diversity Advisory Board mean to you?

As womanist in my thinking and engagements I believe in the wholeness of relational encounters between and among persons. This translates to respectful, openness in engagements with others. The Diversity Advisory Board is a medium to see the deportment of diverse people on behalf of equity and inclusion of All. A challenging and good work for the betterment of community representative of diversity.
