Biography
Delyash Tsartsaeva, Career Advisor, is the liaison for the Engineering, Data, and Technology career community. She also supports international student careers and global career searches.
Delyash has a background in human resources, specializing in roles within technology companies. Before joining Kent State University, she was a career advisor at Elon University in North Carolina.
Delyash is an avid traveler. She has volunteered in various projects in Italy, France, and Germany, and has visited 15 states. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, going to museums, and practicing yoga.
