Following the recommendation of the Kent State University Foot and Ankle Clinic Board of Directors on Sept. 30, 2015, and the support of Kent State Provost Todd Diacon, Kent State President Beverly Warren has appointed Barbara Broome, Ph.D., RN, FAAN, dean of the College of Nursing, to the Board of Directors of the Kent State Foot and Ankle Clinic.

At Kent State, we want to honor the celebration of our Native American and Indigenous culture by developing a calendar encompassing all the university events that are relevant to Native American Heritage Month. The Native American Heritage Month Planning Committee is welcoming university divisions, departments and student organizations to begin submitting their programming, activities and events to the University Events Calendar to be featured on the Native American Heritage Month Website.
