Keith Smith

Keith Smith, Associate Director in Career Exploration and Development, oversees administrative and operational activities for on-campus student employment. Keith focuses his time on initiatives dedicated to the human resource needs of student employment. Topics include hiring, training, compliance, outcomes, and assessment for both student employees and on-campus supervisors. A project close to the heart of Keith is to assist students in articulating their experiences. He leads various projects helping to promote, understand, and utilize Career Readiness Competencies.   

Keith spends his free time running, golfing, and reading about mental performance. He is also an avid fan of Star Wars and Marvel.
