How do I access Banner 9 Admin Pages for testing?

  1. Start at the keys webpage: keys-test.kent.edu
  2. In the left-hand column under the heading Banner 9 Admin Pages, click on eQA Instance. This will take you to a login page.
  3. Try your username and password and click Login. If this works, then you’re all set. If not, use the next step to synchronize your password.
  4. To synchronize your password, go back to the keys webpage: keys-test.kent.edu and look for the Messages section at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Click the link: Synchronize your production password here.
  6. Log in with your username and password.
  7. On the Developer Support screen, click the button that says Push Account to Dev.
  8. If this step was successful, you will receive a message that says Synchronize password. Account exists in test. Synchronizing attributes and password from production.
    Go back to step #1 and try logging in again to eQA.
