What do I do when I get the following message “Application Not Authorized to Use CAS”?
- To synchronize your password, go to the keys webpage: keys-test.kent.edu and look for the Messages section at the bottom of the screen.
- Click the link: Synchronize your production password here.
- Log n with your username and password.
- On the Developer Support screen, click the button that says Push Account to Dev.
- If you this step was successful, you will receive a message that says Synchronize password. Account exists in test. Synchronizing attributes and password from production.
Go back to step #1 and try logging in again to eQA.
