Check out the New WW at Work (including WW Digital Only option)

Lose weight and feel good with WW at Work (formerly Weight Watchers@Work) or WW Digital

The WW at Work program provides the flexibility of the all-new Freestyle Program. Built and based on the WW science-backed SmartPoints® system, WW Freestyle encourages you to eat more fruits, veggies, and lean protein, while consuming less sugar and unhealthy fats.

Learn how to spend your personalized SmartPoints Budget on any food you like, learn more about ZeroPoint foods, on how you can use "rollovers" to transfer extra SmartPoints to another day.

You'll also receive the added support of the WW Mobile app with your enrollment in either the monthly pass or digital program. This is just another way that WW can help you stay on task and remain flexible with you.

Weight WW at Work continues to be offered year-round and available to all full- and part-time employees, family members, and Kent State students. Individuals may choose from one of two discounted programs.

  1. A monthly pass that gives faculty, staff and students a trial period without the lengthy commitment. You have the option of "at-work" or local community meetings.
  2. The online tailored program (WW Digital) allows employees, family members and students to do the WW program entirely online. You will be able to track your food, activity & weight any time using WW Digital tools. You will also enjoy more than 4,000 delicious recipes and get access to Connect, the private WW Online community.

Simply attend the meetings Wednesdays at noon in Room 303 in the Kent Student Center. Your group leader will assist with the registration process, or you can follow the directions at www.kent.edu/hr/benefits/weight-watchers-work.
