If a student or employee shares that they are pregnant, respond with support and care. You may ask if they need any accommodations and refer them to the Office of Gender Equity & Title IX at titleix@kent.edu for assistance.
You should not request or collect medical information. Simply guide them toward the appropriate resources so they can explore their options and receive support if they choose.
