What is the process for destroying records?

Visit Kent State University’s Office of the General Counsel’s website at www.kent.edu/generalcounsel/records. Scroll to “Records” at the bottom of the page and click on the link titled Records Destruction. You will be prompted to login with your FlashLine username and password.

Your phone number and email address should load automatically. After completing the form, click submit. Once your request is processed, you will be contacted with details about how and when to proceed with destroying your records.
