Rebecca Blaha

Rebecca serves as an Assistant Director for Flash Activities Board (FAB) and UCommute, Off-Campus and Commuter Services. In her role with FAB, Rebecca leads a team of students who plan events for the campus community. They plan events from festivals to movie nights and many more. All of our events are free for students! She is also responsible for connecting commuter students to Kent State University. This is done through programs, as well as advocating for the needs of commuter students. One of Rebecca’s favorite weeks on campus is Kent State Homecoming! Showing Blue and Gold pride is the best way to feel connected to campus. On Saturday morning, you can find Rebecca directing the annual Homecoming Parade at the corner of Midway and Theatre! Rebecca is a Kent State Alumni, having received her M.Ed in Higher Education Administration and Student Personnel in May 2011. She also has her B.S. in Child Development from Michigan State University.
