Facilitation Skills

Participants will gain the knowledge and skills to both understand and deliver in-house facilitation services. The first day covers the foundation of understanding what facilitation is, how it is different from training, the role of the facilitator, basic tools of mediation and facilitation tools and skills. On the second day the participants will facilitate a program using and practice what was learned during the first day with coaching from the Kent State facilitator.
