Crosstown Cadets

The below form is the KSU Crosstown AFROTC Registration Form.  This form is required by all Crosstown Cadets to fill out and return at the beginning of each semester.  It allows crosstown cadets to appear in KSU gradebooks (Flashline), as well as obtain a KSU ID card, access the gym for PFA, etc.  Please return this for to the Detachment NCO's for processing.
