Difficult Work and Self-Care in the Academy

We invite you to an upcoming panel, “Difficult Work and Self-Care in the Academy,” on Wednesday, April 19 from 3:30pm to 5:00pm in the lower atrium of Cartwright Hall. Hosted by the Anti-Racism and Equity Institute and in collaboration with the Division of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, this session will focus on strategies that promote life balance for faculty who teach or conduct research in areas that are controversial or highly politicized. The session will give faculty the opportunity to engage in a focused discussion on ways to manage stress and increase well-being, health, and productivity.
