Continuing in College Credit Plus
Planning to take College Credit Plus courses again next academic year?
Returning students don't start over with the admission process, but there are steps you'll need to complete before registering for another year of coursework.
Keep Building on What You've Started
Continuing in CCP gives you the opportunity to keep building your Kent State academic record while making progress toward your high school and future college goals. Some CCP requirements must be completed each academic year, so start the continuation process early and check your Kent State email regularly for important information about your next steps.
What Do I Need to Do?
Your continuation requirements depend on the type of school you attend. Choose the checklist that applies to you.

Take Time Away?
Your CCP application covers the full academic year. If you completed a CCP course and then took an academic year off, complete the College Credit Plus Continuation Form. If you applied but did not receive a final grade in a course, submit a new CCP application.

Ready to Plan Your Next Semester?
Once you've completed your continuation requirements, work with your Kent State academic advisor and school counselor to choose courses that fit your academic goals and high school schedule.
Your advisor can also help you think beyond your next semester and consider how the Kent State credits you're earning now could support a future college degree.
