Ohio Middle Level Association Conference 2020

The Ohio Middle Level Association is proud to host the 2020 annual state conference at the Kalahari Convention Center in Sandusky, Ohio from May 6-7, 2021.

GRADUATE CREDIT INFORMATION 

  1. Register for the course below. *Do not complete this form if you are unsure about earning the credit. Once the form is submitted, you are agreeing to complete the payment and assignment required to earn the credit.*
  2. Registration is open. All registrations must be received by Friday, May 7, 2021 (last day of conference) at 5:00 p.m.
  3. Select six OMLA Conference sessions from the ten available (8 breakout sessions and 2 keynote sessions). Complete the “Analyze, Reflect, Apply and Inquire” assignment for each of six chosen. (See template below. Duplicate as needed.)
  4. Select one of the six sessions from the above assignment, and apply the middle level theoretical concept, research finding, or theory to an existing lesson plan.  Submit the revised lesson plan that demonstrates the theory in classroom practice.
  5. All assignments must be emailed to Tiffany Shaw at tshaw15@kent.edu by Friday, June 11, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. Early submission is highly encouraged.
