How to Get Help

Kent Campus Students

Stop by for “FAFSA in a Flash” walk-in assistance! Whether you’re completing the FAFSA or making corrections, the Financial, Billing and Enrollment Center (FBE) is available to provide hands-on help during normal business hours—no appointment required. Visit the FBE Welcome Desk in Room 207 (2nd Floor, University Library) to speak with a staff member.

If you prefer, appointments are available with In-Person or Virtual options.

Regional Campus Students
