The following resources are a guide for better understanding the Strategic Hiring process and the Position Control Form.
In the Fall of 2021 the strategic hiring process was updated and streamlined. A core component of the update was the standardized of the university's position control form (PCF). The new form was developed and vetted through numerous Q/A sessions with a broad spectrum of university leaders and financial staff. This standard approach simplifies the process with one form as opposed to many different forms which existed in the previous iteration of the strategic hiring process.
