Cleveland Book Week returns Sept. 22-30, celebrating past and present winners of the Anisfield-Wolf Book Awards and showcasing Greater Cleveland’s diverse literary and literacy communities. This year's Book Week is presented in partnership with the Great Lakes African American Writers Conference (GLAAWC) and Literary Cleveland.
Our 2023 awards ceremony will be held at the Maltz Performing Arts Center at 6 p.m. September 28, anchoring Book Week. A signing and gala reception will follow.
Most events are free and open to the public.
