Request Equipment for Remote Instruction

Do you need equipment or internet access to continue coursework remotely?

The Division of Information Technology is working on purchasing technology for faculty use during the Fall Semester. These requests are intended to help enhance the remote instruction needs of current faculty members. Please note that supplies are limited. 

After you have completing the form your request will be reviewed by (relevant parties) and will be purchased on approval. Purchases are made on a first come first serve basis, so please try to make your requests as early as possible. Once we receive equipment we will ship it out to your local support person as expeditiously as we can.
