Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee 88 library faculty and staff.
- Manage operating and collections budget.
- Develop short and long-term strategic plans.
- Represent Kent State University Libraries at state and national consortia and associations.
- Manage Libraries’ faculty affairs, including overseeing reappointment, tenure and promotion evaluations.
- Collaborate with university advancement to friend and fundraise for the Libraries.
- Oversee LaunchNET student entrepreneurial service.
- Oversee Kent State University Press.
