Scholarships for Future Students

All high school seniors who have been admitted to Kent State's College of Communication and Information (CCI) are invited to apply for CCI scholarships. Scholarships open for applications in October, and the deadline is mid-February.

Undergraduate Admission

When you enter Kent State University as a freshman or as a transfer student, you will be admitted directly into one of our majors: 
Advertising, Digital Media Production, Journalism or Public Relations

Graduate Admission

We offer a Master of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communication that is customizable to fit your career goals. You may also choose our optional concentration in journalism education, which is offered entirely online.
