| May 30 | Last day for those graduating August 2025 to file approved dissertation proposal & IRB approval or thesis proposal/project proposal |
| June 19 | Juneteenth National Independence Day – Observed (no classes, offices closed) |
| June 20 | Final date for EHHS oral defense of graduate level -Dissertation -Thesis -Project |
| July 4 | Independence Day – Observed (no classes, offices closed) |
| July 11 | Deadline to:
Submit signature pages electronically—Please initiate as soon as successfully passing defense |
| July 25 | Final deadline for all dissertation and thesis corrections |
