Dear Fall Graduates:

We look forward to celebrating you at your ceremony this Saturday, December 18. Schedule your ceremony check-in time to allow for a smoother check-in process. This will be the arrival time for you and your guests on Commencement Day. Please review additional reporting information for you and your guests below:

Safety

 Seating and Tickets 

  • All guests two years and older must have a ticket to enter the ceremony. 
  • Graduates will report to lobby C for check-in.
  • Once checked in, graduates and their guests will be ushered to their seats for the ceremony.

 Campus Parking and Shuttles

  • Shuttles will be available to assist with getting guests to the Memorial Athletic Convocation Center.

  ADA Seating and Parking 

  • A drop-off pass for guests in need of ADA accommodations can be displayed in the dash of the car window. This will allow the guest to be dropped off at the lobby A doors of the MAC Center in the R10 parking lot.
  • Limited mobility and handicap seating will be available to guests.
  • Accessibility seating and other reasonable accommodations will be available to guests. Seating in these reserved areas cannot be guaranteed once the ceremony begins.

 CAP AND GOWN 

  • Visit the University Bookstore during normal business hours or you can reach them via email at SM8152@bncollege.com.
  • All graduates who RSVP'd to attend an in-person commencement can download 4 guest ticketsThe ticketing website will be open from November 15 - December 15.
