2026 Performance Reviews Open Now
Dear Colleagues,
We are excited to launch the 2026 Performance Management Review Cycle for classified and unclassified employees. Performance management is intended to create an ongoing dialogue for supervisors and employees to review job duties, assess job performance, discuss career goals and more.
The 2026 Performance Management Cycle was launched for most employees March 1, 2026. For new employees and those who may not have completed a 2025 performance review, the 2026 Performance Management Cycle will be launched by March 6, 2026. Complete information, including access instructions and training resources, can be found on the Talent Management website.
The 2026 Performance Management Cycle launched March 1, 2026, and will close on September 1, 2026.
Performance Review Timeline
Please note the start and end dates of the performance review phases:

| Supervisor Evaluation | June 1 | June 30 |
| Supervisor/Employee Discussion | July 1 | July 31 |
