Responsibilities
Provides leadership for the service and maintenance organizations that support production systems, applications, and servers. Our goal is to keep a strong system heartbeat across the stack (operations, servers, security, monitoring) and support the applications that reside on top. In addition to Banner, we also support the Business Intelligence environment, FAMIS, Degreeworks, Workflow, Imaging, and .net web applications.
