TOUR3 BdREN Engineers Workshop at OARnet and Kent State

June 2014, BdREN Engineers spent 7 days of workshop, training and facility visits at Kent State University and Ohio Academic Resource Network (OARnet) in Columbus, Ohio.  The engineers had an overview and hands-on experience on Network Infrastructure and Monitoring, Nagios Weather Mapping, Support Desk Activity, Client connectivity, DNS Service, KSU's Blackboard system and Unifed Communications.
