3. Student Support System, Your Guide to KSUview
We recognize that, to succeed in college, all students will need a support system - and that includes you! You may find it helpful to have access to some of your student’s information.
- KSUview provides a way for each student to designate individuals and grant them permission to view information of their choosing.
- Students can designate as many individuals as they like! Designees will be assigned their own login and your student can change permissions at any time.
- The following information can be shared in KSUview:
- Admissions
- Financial aid
- Their personal information
- Course registration
- Other information about your student’s account such as grades and bills
- View a sample screenshot
- KSUview grants viewing access only. Students will still need to complete a FERPA release for a designee to speak to the university about their information.
- Once your student grants you access as a designee, you can read this document for next steps.
- Only the student can grant access to a designee. This is optional for all students
