Cinco de Mayo With a Healthy Twist: The Five Smartest Things You Can Do for Your Health

Join Kent State University’s wellness partner, Be Well Solutions, for a lunch and learn to discuss the five smartest things you can do for your health. This lunchtime workshop will support you in taking charge of your health and acquiring ways to reduce your risk of disease. Topics covered will include:

  • Knowing Your Numbers/Healthcare Consumerism
  • Nutrition Strategies
  • Exercise Essentials
  • Practicing Emotional Balance
  • Eliminating Tobacco from Your Life

Registration is required for this workshop, which will take place from noon-1 p.m. in Heer Hall, Room 107. A light lunch will be provided for registered attendees. Register here.

Testing Your Faith Act (H.B. 353) was enacted in the Spring 2023 semester.
