What types of voluntary life insurance plans are being offered to employees by AFLAC?

AFLAC currently offers a comprehensive list of group and individual life insurance plans for Kent State University employees and their families, including Accidental, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Specified Health and more.

Open Enrollment Opens Monday, Oct. 13

Open Enrollment for the 2026 benefit year will begin on Monday, Oct. 13, 2025, at 8 a.m. and continue through Friday, Oct. 31, 2025, at 5 p.m.

We encourage you to take the opportunity to review your current benefit plan selections and re-evaluate your current and future benefits needs using the Open Enrollment website. Complete 2026 plan information will be made available by Monday, Oct. 13.
