This program provides an evaluation of your overall fitness level that will enable you to better understand where you are and where you can be. A special assessment using the MicroFit youth protocol is available for youth ages 13-17.
With the athlete in mind, this sports-specific assessment consists of a series of tests that will help gauge fitness levels.
