Instructors and TA's Only: This workshop will focus on CANVAS communication tools including: Discussion Boards, Announcements, and messaging.
This workshop is presented in a hybrid format: in person in the TechHelp Training Room, Library 152, as well as via Teams meeting.
This class focuses on setting up and deploying quizzes, and assignments. This workshop also covers the SpeedGrader feature and the Gradebook itself. Faculty manage students' grades for a variety of assessments, including assignments, tests, and discussion board posts.
The Center for Sexual and Relationship Violence Support Services (SRVSS) and Title IX will be holding an open house in their new, shared suite in the Kent Student Center Suite 228.
There will be an ice cream bar, snacks, and craft supplies to make vision boards/books for the new year.

POP into CPHHS with our first-year students' dirty soda social!
New kayakers can come learn kayaking skills. Participants may bring their own boats via the loading dock stairs and back entrance as long as the boats are FULLY CLEANED before entering the pool. If you don’t own a boat, one will be provided for you to use.
Here’s your chance to enjoy a beautiful sunset, relax in nature, and let your worries drift into the night as we paddle into the sunset on a peaceful and serene lake right down the road from Kent. Transportation and all gear are provided!
