This program covers the basics of indoor climbing, including equipment, bouldering, top rope climbing, and belaying with an ATC and Gri-gri device.

Can’t focus? Constantly juggling a million tabs (literally and mentally)? This CAPS workshop breaks down what ADHD really is—with topics like brain functioning, hyperactivity, and impulsivity—and how it shows up in everyday college life.
