ASSOCIATE OF APPLIED SCIENCE IN RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGY

Whether you are just starting your journey to becoming a Radiologic Technologist or would like to expand your current career, Kent State offers the Radiologic Technology degree that’s right for you at two convenient locations. Through a blend of classroom and clinical education, students learn equipment operation and image acquisition, patient positioning and procedures, radiation safety and patient care management.
Students can complete the Associate of Applied Science in Radiologic Technology degree in as little as two years. Kent State students have routinely surpassed national pass rates on the credentialing exam and after completion graduates can easily articulate to Kent State's Bachelor of Radiologic and Imaging Sciences Technology degree.
In addition to the state-of-the-art on-campus learning labs, students have the opportunity for clinical rotations at top Northeast Ohio medical facilities and world-renowned hospital systems and to specialize in specific diagnostic areas.

TECHNICAL STUDIES - RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGY
The Associate of Technical Study degree in Radiologic Technology offers a completion program to graduates of certificate programs in radiologic technology. Kent State University awards college credit for the hospital-based (non-degree) program and American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification. The degree program articulates to Kent State's Bachelor of Radiologic and Imaging Sciences Technology degree.
