This information session introduces the Pathway 2 Teach Special Education Registered Apprenticeship, explaining how school districts and ESCs can partner with Kent State to support paraprofessionals in earning a bachelor’s degree and licensure while working, helping address special education teacher shortages. 

It outlines program structure, eligibility, employer responsibilities and how districts can support and mentor apprentices throughout the two-year program.
