Student Recreation and Wellness Center’s Wellness Workshop: Healthy Eating
Did you know that eating healthy can slow down the aging process?
Join nutritionist Tanya Falcone on Thursday, Sept. 21, from 5:30-6:30 p.m. in Seminar Room A at the Student Recreation and Wellness Center, and learn healthy eating habits that can impede the aging process. Faculty, staff and students may take advantage of this workshop. Space is limited, and registration is required.
