To promote public health and safety, visitors to the DI HUB must wear proper attire – including shirts and shoes – at all times while in the building. Additional attire requirements exist for many of the DI HUB’s maker environments where equipment and materials may pose additional safety hazards. This includes, but is not limited to, the required use of safety glasses and ear protection, as well as requirements for close-toe shoes, long pants, and secured hair. These requirements are posted at the entrance to the DI shops and labs where they apply. Any individual who does not comply with these requirements or staff instructions may lose their DI HUB privileges or be asked to leave. DI HUB staff reserve the right to define proper attire.
