Criminal behavior includes the violation of federal, state, and local laws. The DI HUB will coordinate with the Kent State University Police Department when criminal behavior is witnessed. Any individuals engaged in criminal behavior will be asked to leave.

Criminal behaviors include, but are not limited to:

• Mutilating, defacing, or damaging materials, equipment, or furnishings.
• Theft, burglary, robbery, or attempting to remove equipment without authorization.
• Assault, harassment, or public sexual indecency.
• Drug and alcohol intoxication, possession, or use.
• Sexual exploitation of a minor which includes using visual or print medium in which minors are engaged in exploitative exhibition or other sexual conduct.
