Disruptive behavior is an act by an individual or group that disrupts the DI HUB’s collaborative environment or its normal operations. Any individuals engaged in disruptive behavior may be asked to leave.

Disruptive behaviors include, but are not limited to:

• Actions which result in offenses against persons or property.
• Conduct that inhibits or interferes with university processes or programs.
• Speech or action that is disrespectful or offensive to others.
• Misuse of building space, equipment, or furniture.
• Creating disturbances that cause others to feel uncomfortable or threatened, including physical assault or use of abusive, threatening, or intimidating language.
• Failing to return, or reconcile for the loss of, borrowed materials or equipment.
• All types of roller skating, skateboarding, or bicycling within the DI HUB.
• Being in unauthorized areas of the building or remaining in the building when it is closed or during emergency evacuations.
• Opening emergency exits, except in the event of an emergency.
• Carrying firearms or deadly weapons into the DI HUB, unless authorized by law.
