1. Go to Terra Dotta and search for either the ‘Kent State Florence Semester’ or ‘Kent State Florence Summer Institute.’

2. Click ‘Apply Now’ and follow the prompts to go through to the application page.

3. Fill out each part of the application checklist – a check mark will appear when you complete each item. You can exit any time and finish your application later if you need to.

4. You’ll be asked for several documents, including:

• Material Submissions: You must turn in physical or electronic copies of these documents to the Office of Global Education. When OGE receives your documents, a staff member will check off that material.

• Signature Documents: You’ll need to show us you’ve read these documents with an e-signature. Make sure you read these carefully. As you e-sign them, they will check off automatically.

• Application Questionnaires: These online questionnaires ask you to give us information or upload certain documents. They’ll be checked off once you submit the questionnaire.

5. When all your items have check marks, your application is complete.

6. You’ll continue to see new parts of the application open that you’ll need to complete. These may come up before, during and after your Study Away program.
