Jennifer Danzo, PT, DPT, is an experienced physical therapist and a Health Informatics graduate student at Kent State University. At Cleveland Clinic Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy, she has developed interactive educational modules that enhance clinician competency and improve patient outcomes. Her current research project focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of an interactive educational module to improve the ability of patients to understand their diagnosis of osteoporosis and to promote lifestyle changes. Jennifer also serves on CCRST’s EHR optimization team, working to reduce documentation burden for rehabilitation providers. With nearly 30 years of clinical experience, she hopes to use her new knowledge of informatics-based tools to elevate the quality and efficiency of rehabilitation care.
