Conducted Lean Process Review for Prevention of Unwanted Sexual Contact

This Great Place Initiative 3-day Kaizen event was facilitated by a University Lean Leader who is part of Process Evaluation and Improvement. University members from various aspects of the university helped find ways to create a culture of care where all Kent State students are safe to learn, live, and work free from harm by reducing barriers to identifying, preventing and addressing unwanted sexual contact.
