Conducted Lean Process Review for Tutoring Services

This Lean process evaluation, led by Process Evaluation and Improvement, brought together university members who are part of the tutoring services offered to undergraduate students. The activities helped streamline the current process from the student’s perspective and efficiencies were identified for the overall process.
