Conducted Lean Process Review for Upward Bound Program

Process Evaluation and Improvement led a process evaluation for the Upward Bound Program to identify improvements to decrease the time between application initiation and decision, and to increase understanding of the Upward Bound application process for high school students, their families, and their high schools.
