Established the IT Leadership Team

We added three new departments to our division that are integral to developing a strategy and deliverables to help lead Kent State forward and focus on business and academic processes and delivering the technology that our constituents need. Key areas of focus include continual improvement of the digital user experience, a greater analysis of our portfolio to best leverage the application of our core resources, structured data architecture, and heightened cybersecurity and privacy strategy.
