Improved Efficiency through User Experience Research

The goals of our user-centered approach include streamlining tasks, creating efficiencies through digital solutions and designing intuitive, beautiful interfaces. Over the past year we conducted 20 user interviews, five surveys, in-depth usability testing for five products and five product features, four focus groups, three ethnographic studies and several dozen prototypes that informed direction for numerous IT projects and products.
