Improved WKSU Process Efficiency through CRM Implementation

We implemented Salesforce CRM for WKSU enabling them to manage Leads, Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities, with relevant data cleansed and transferred to Salesforce. We also eliminated account duplication and provided ability to track communications and tasks. Representatives can update opportunity status and use new reports and dashboards to track progress and forecast against monthly goals. Outlook and mobile application integration allows team members to complete activities off-site.
