A Bug List — in the context of entrepreneurship and creativity — is a list of things that you encounter throughout your daily life that “bug”, or annoy you. Consider those times you find yourself thinking, “I wish there was a better way to do X” or “I hate spending time doing Y.”
Make a list of them as they occur and start thinking about creative ways to solve the problem or eliminate the annoyance. Don’t worry if it’s something you don’t know much about. The important thing is to identify problems you see on a regular basis.
