HOW TO EXCHANGE TICKETS

You have tickets to an event that you can no longer attend and you may have the option to exchange your tickets for a different event!

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to View Account & Settings and then My Tickets in the site navigation and tap EXCHANGE
3. Follow the prompts to select which event you want to exchange out of
4. Select the event you want to go to instead
5. Tap the COMPLETE button to confirm you want to perform the exchange
6. The new event tickets will now be available in your account to download to your mobile wallet
