Noah Milec
Biography
Noah Milec earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kent State University. He is passionate about supporting young people and helping them identify opportunities for personal, educational, and professional growth.
As a Resource Specialist with Fostering Pathways for Bright Futures, Noah works with young people ages 14–24, connecting them with resources, opportunities, and support services to help them work toward their personal, educational, and professional goals. He supports individuals from diverse backgrounds, including young people impacted by foster care, the justice system, and gang involvement.
Prior to joining his current role, Noah worked as a General Manager in the restaurant industry, where he developed strong leadership, communication, organizational, and team-management skills. His experience managing employees and day-to-day operations has helped him develop the interpersonal and problem-solving skills he brings to his work as a Resource Specialist.
