What is the turn-around time for service with ComDoc and how do we order supplies?

ComDoc has committed to a four-hour maximum turn-around time for all requested on-site service, and further commits to a guaranteed average equipment up-time of 93 percent. Service calls or supply requests can be placed 24/7 and will be responded to during normal business hours, weekdays from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
